Exhibit Setup Friday 7 am - 9 am

Friday Exhibit Times 9:30 - 10:00 AM & 2 - 3:30 PM

Saturday Exhibit Times 10 - 10:30 AM & 2:30 - 3:00 PM

Exhibit Tear Down is 3 PM - 6 PM Saturday

Prospectus 2025

No sponsor cancellations will be accepted. No money transactions will be allowed on the exhibit floor. Sponsors need to fill out the prospectus and email it to Monique Ochoa at monique@aapaaai.org to register. All product theaters are sold at this time.
